Jakarta, June 25, 2025

The successful implementation of The 8th INAMICE 2025, organized by the MICE Study Program of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ), serves as tangible proof of the collaboration between academia, industry, and supporting sectors in driving the transformation of the MICE industry toward sustainability. This national conference was held at the Grand Kemang Hotel Jakarta on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, carrying the theme “Achieving Sustainable Development Goals 2030 in Jakarta through Sustainable MICE Practices.”
The success of this event would not have been possible without the active support of sponsors and collaborative partners who contributed across technical, logistical, and substantive aspects. Their support not only ensured the operational execution of the event but also reinforced the integration of sustainability values across all elements of the program.
From the technology sector, Ticket2U and Jublia supported the event as digital partners by enhancing the efficiency of registration systems and hybrid interactions among participants. Satuplatform contributed to the sustainability reporting process as part of event transparency. Bluebird facilitated eco-friendly transportation for speakers and invited guests through its sustainable mobility services.
In terms of catering, Taska Catering provided healthy meals made from locally sourced ingredients with a low-waste approach. Replast Lab contributed sustainable recognition items by supplying awards made from recycled materials. Additionally, Kutanam.id, Zazz Rimbu, and Rappo Indonesia supported the eco-friendly campaign by providing sustainable merchandise such as grow kits, coasters, tumblers, and laptop sleeves made from environmentally friendly materials.
To support the production and technical needs of the event, Jakvisual offered digital signage solutions, while Mantos Multimedia provided communication systems such as clearcom and wireless transmitters to ensure a smooth and professional flow of the event.
INAMICE 2025 also received support from the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) and the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN), who contributed to promoting the development of a sustainable MICE industry and the achievement of SDGs 2030, while strengthening the role of institutions in education and cross-sector collaboration.
As a form of appreciation for industry players committed to sustainability principles, INAMICE 2025 introduced the MICE PNJ Sustainability Appreciation Awards. These awards were presented in three categories:
- Leading MICE Sustainable Venue Award
- Leading MICE Sustainable Organizer Award (PCO)
- Leading MICE Sustainable Organizer Award (PEO)
These awards recognize the active role of industry players in organizing socially responsible, environmentally conscious events that align with the sustainable development agenda. It is hoped that this initiative will inspire more stakeholders to contribute to building a greener and more inclusive future for the MICE industry.
The MICE Study Program of PNJ reaffirms its commitment to being a hub for innovation, collaboration, and education in the development of a sustainable MICE industry in Indonesia.
